abilities: the most immediately apparent is the ability to cause unexplainable changes in electronics-- a creation only capable by man. once introduced either through direct exposure to its most infections forms or inoculation to more watered down versions of itself it infects everything, becoming one with everything from the content of the screen to the plastic of the casing. to less infected computers or phones this may show up as simple hacking or glitches. to ones run rampant with his virus, smile can use the thing as a playground and even cause issues with the physical item itself. once a human views one of its online forms smile is able to infect their mind as he would their own tech. being a demon he isn't limited by a human's perspective of self, so he can be in many places at once as long as its through something infected.

with jeff: being that smile has had plenty of time to get himself acquainted with this human's brain, it has more sway than it usually would over him. smile is able to influence the frequency and severity of jeff's manic/depressive episodes, as well as more directly steer his emotional state in any moment. he's unable to do a more traditional possession, but getting jeff in the correct mindset for suggestion and violence is second nature. there's also moments where smile can speak directly through jeff's mouth, implant thoughts, and induce simple, quick motor movement.

strengths: varying degrees of influence on the human mind, varying degrees of telepathy and mind reading, emotional manipulation, tech manipulation, hallucination inducement, really fucking mean and scary

weaknesses: its own ego, the limitations to his ability to spread, cannot truly influence anything physical (made by god) by itself, angelic influence, hubris, lack of a real body on earth, information restrictions/containment

diet: negative emotional energy and pain from its hosts.
